Private Events and Parties​

Private painting parties or classes are great  for friends, families, business team building, corporate events, birthdays, bachelorette parties, bridal showers, fundraiser, associations and other organizations.

​

You select the artwork from our  gallery. Bring in any food or beverages you want and then Sip and Paint.

We provide everything else! We have all supplies needed for your painting class including table top easels, paint, canvases, brushes and wine glasses. 

​

Your professional artist William Lopa will assist your party, making the event simple and fun, even for people that  have never painted before! Everyone leaves with a piece of art that they have created!

​

The party will begin promptly at your scheduled time. Please ask guests to come in 15 minutes early to check in.

​

A credit card number is required at the time of the reservation. 

​

Cancelation, please email 48 hours before the scheduled date to lopaart2@gmail.com. You may call but you still need to email as the official notice.

 

There is a $100.00 non-refundable charge if cancellation occurs within the 48 hours of the party.

How to Get Started

1. Complete the form below, selecting a painting studio near you. You'll be able to request your ideal date and time for your private event.

2. After submitting the form, our team will get in touch with you to confirm the details of the event.

3. Finalize your painting selection from our art library.

4. You'll receive an email  confirmation with a link you can send to your guest list.

5. We'll contact you closer to the event date to finalize any last minute details before event.

6. Show up, drink up, and paint !
